01Body construction
Woven Glass
XE650 infusion woven glass. Vacuum infused — not wet laminate. Lighter and stronger than standard fibreglass. Paint ready.
Standard
Full Carbon
Carbon-fibre side pods, nosecone, rollbar fairings, headrest and knee protector. Meaningful weight saving for serious racing.

02Engine preparation
Core Reliability Rebuild
Every engine starts as a second-hand Hayabusa unit from a running motorcycle, rebuilt to one common spec regardless of incoming condition:
• Crankshaft main bearings replaced
• Connecting rod (big-end) bearings replaced
• Valve springs upgraded to Gen 1 spec — prevents valve damage at sustained high rpm
• Hyper Racer Billet Clutch Cover — frame clearance
• Hyper Racer Billet Sump — added strength and ground clearance, with a custom baffle plate to stop oil surge
