Grouped the way we build the car. Standard items are included in every X1; Optional items can be added. Hover any option for the detail behind it.

The Hyper Racer X1
Built to your spec
01 Body construction
Woven Glass body
Standard

XE650 infused woven glass. Lighter and stronger than standard fibreglass. Painted in your chosen colour.

Full Carbon body
Optional

Carbon-fibre side pods, nosecone, rollbar fairings, headrest and knee protector. Weight saving for serious racing, with a gloss or matte clear carbon finish.

02 Engine preparation
Core Reliability Rebuild
Standard

Second-hand Hayabusa unit rebuilt to one common spec: main and big-end bearings replaced, Gen 1 valve springs, Hyper Racer billet clutch cover and billet sump with baffle plate.

Extended Internal Refresh
Optional

Everything in the Core Reliability Rebuild, plus pistons and rings replaced and clearanced, connecting rods replaced, and head valves replaced with clearances checked.

03 Air Jack Upgrade
Integrated Air Jack system
Optional

Lifts the car in seconds. Paired with the service trolley, you can drop the car onto its castor wheels and roll it anywhere in the pits, garage or workshop on your own.

Service Trolley
Optional

Whether lifting the car with a trolley jack or air jacks, placing it onto the low-profile service trolley lets you easily move the car around the garage, pits or workshop.

04 Safety & FIA pack
FIA Side Protection Panels — Diolen/Carbon
Standard

10 mm Carbon/Diolen side intrusion panels, fitted as standard. Generally mandated for racing and provide crucial impact protection.

Fire Extinguisher — Plumbed System
Optional

A plumbed-in suppression system for additional fire protection, buying the driver more time to get out in the event of a fire.

05 Drivetrain & mechanical
Rekluse Centrifugal Automatic Clutch
Optional

A centrifugal automatic clutch — pull away without touching the hand clutch, engaging automatically as the revs rise.

Engine Starter Motor Upgrade
Optional

Converts the standard Hayabusa starter to a conventional throw-out starter. Keeps the starter disconnected from the crank at all times, preventing damage in the event of a spin, with additional cranking power and better engine sealing.

Reverse Gear System
Optional

A geared reverse motor driving a secondary output-shaft gear, engaged by pressing and holding a button. Some governing bodies mandate a reverse gear.

06 Paint & graphics
Custom Paint and Decals
Optional

The car comes painted with factory decals as standard. Choose this for custom paint or decals beyond the standard two-colour configuration.
