If you are excited about the thought of owning a Hyper PRO Racer, why not drive one at a ‘Test Drive’ day held at a local circuit or test track.
You will receive a thorough briefing by a professional driver who will demonstrate the features of the PRO Racer and show you the correct braking and gear shift points and racing lines. You will then drive the car. The aim of the day is to get a ‘feel’ of the car and understand what makes a Hyper PRO Racer so special.

Hyper Racer is conducting ‘Test Drive’ days in your state.

Rules and Regulations

Our Test Drive Days are a strictly non-competitive event structured to give potential customers a chance to drive the Hyper PRO Racer prior to making a purchase decision.

On Track Rules and Regulations
The day is structured as a non-competitive day. The rules for all drivers are as follows:

1. The event will be organised and controlled entirely by Hyper Racer and its representatives.

2. All participants in the event are to be aware that they accept the fact that they are to drive the Hyper PRO Racer in a safe manner at all times on the circuit as directed.

3. Under no circumstances are participants to race, time laps, or participate in any other behaviour that may lead to, or cause an accident.

4. Any crash damage is to be paid for by the driver. Personal accident, and ambulance insurance is the responsibility of the individual.

5. All participants are required to complete an indemnity form before participating in the event. Warning: the indemnity is an important document that affects your legal rights and obligations. Please read it carefully and do not sign it unless you are satisfied you understand it. If you decide not to sign the indemnity documents, you will not be permitted to participate in the event and will not be entitled to a return of your fees.

6. All drivers are required to attend the compulsory morning briefing before driving on the track. This reinforces the rules for the day, the daily schedule, and all other necessary information. Late drivers will not be allowed onto the circuit until being briefed by the organiser or an instructor.

7. The organiser will have final say over the structure and running of all "on-track" activities. No debate will be entered into.

8. NO overtaking on the circuit unless by consent from the leading driver or on the main straight. Drivers are given a full briefing on the overtaking rules during the compulsory morning briefing and are educated during the theory and practical sessions which side of the track to remain whilst being overtaken.

9. NO timing of any laps. The organisers do not provide any timing equipment and also disallow any personal stopwatches or lap timers.

10. NO competitive/aggressive/unnecessary driving is tolerated. This type of driving will result in the driver being flagged off the circuit and asked to retire from the day.

11. A regulation helmet must be worn at all times whilst driving on the track. Non-synthetic "neck to wrist to ankles" clothing should also be worn.

12. Participants are to report to a doctor after any incident. Participants are to report to the event organiser prior to any further action. Participants are not to return to the circuit without the clearance of all of the above.

13. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety and that the track ahead of you is safe to drive on. Observe for problems on or near the track including dirt/dust, gravel, stopped vehicles, slowing vehicles, and other hazards.

14. Drivers are advised to place their foot firmly on the brake pedal in the event of a spin. DO NOT try to "drive out" of the spin.

15. Drivers should see the Event Organiser regarding any further issues during the event.
